Refund policy

JIMJAMS is proud of its products and seeks to deliver you with the very highest quality at an affordable price. We very much hope that you enjoy your JIMJAMS products.

However, in the event that you wish to return a product, please email info@jimjams.au for support.

Items should be returned within 14 days from your delivery date. In the case of sleepwear, the garments must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached. The white JIMJAMS sleeve that they arrive in is a part of the product and must be returned with the garments. This is to ensure that the garments return to us in an appropriate and undamaged condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund declined. For non-clothing related goods, they must be returned in a good quality to allow for re-sale.

Whilst JIMJAMS will pay the cost of any returns, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods and ensure they are returned in a satisfactory manner. 

Exchange Policy

We do offer exchanges in size or colour (where stock is available), providing the conditions listed above are met.

Faulty / Damaged Goods

On extremely rare occasions, any faulty or damaged goods will most likely be a result of manufacturing issues. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. In the event of any concerns around the quality of your products, please contact us via info@jimjams.au. We will request a clear image of the issue and details of how the garment has been washed and dried. This will then result in the return of the goods. Once your return is received by us, we will begin to process your refund as quickly as possible and within three (3) working days.

Customer satisfaction is very important to JIMJAMS so we hope you deem our policies proportionate and appropriate, noting the importance of also balancing the needs of the business.
